Are amenities available to all residents?

Yes. Morro’s shared spaces and amenities are available to all residents in your building.

This includes spaces such as the gym, co-working areas, lounge, cinema room, communal kitchen, meeting rooms and outdoor terrace, depending on what your building offers.

A few spaces need a little setup before you use them. Gym access requires a one-time waiver, which you can complete in the Morro App. Once that has been approved, access can be added to your key fob.

Bookable spaces, such as the cinema room, private event space and meeting rooms, can be reserved through the Morro App. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is worth booking ahead if you have a particular time in mind.

When using shared spaces, please look after them as you would your own home. Clean up after yourself, be mindful of noise and leave the space ready for the next person.
