Are any bills included in my rent?
Yes. Your rent includes Wi-Fi, water, gas and electricity for normal everyday household use.
This means you do not need to set up separate utility accounts for these services when you move in. They are already part of your monthly rent, keeping the everyday admin simple.
The included utilities are intended for reasonable household use. If usage is found to be significantly above what would normally be expected, Morro may review this with you and discuss any next steps.
Some costs are not included in your rent and remain your responsibility. These include council tax, TV licence if you need one and contents insurance for your personal belongings.
If you are unsure what is included for your building, check your tenancy agreement, your building handbook in the Morro App or speak to the Front of House team. They’ll help you understand what is already covered and what you need to arrange yourself.
