# Are parking or storage options available?
Parking and storage options vary by Morro building.
**The Altham** and **The Alba** are car-free buildings, so resident parking is not available on site. If you are moving in, temporary access for loading and unloading may be possible, so it is best to speak to the team before your move-in day.
**The Guild** has a limited number of secure parking spaces available to rent for an additional fee. Availability is limited, so contact the team early if parking is important to you.
Secure bike storage is available at Morro buildings and can usually be added to your access fob or key card by speaking to the onsite team.
Additional storage may also be available to rent, depending on the building. At The Guild, secure storage units are available in the basement, with a range of sizes offered.
