Are there any rules for using amenities?

Yes. Morro’s amenities are there for residents and their accompanied guests to enjoy, with a few simple rules to keep the spaces calm, safe and easy for everyone.

Please leave shared spaces as you would hope to find them. Clear away anything you have used, wipe down surfaces where needed and take your belongings with you when you leave.

Be considerate of other residents when using communal areas, especially around noise, music, food, guests and how long you use bookable spaces. Some areas may have their own guidance, which will be shown in the Morro App or on signage in the building.

Guests are welcome when accompanied by a resident, but they should not use amenities independently. You are responsible for your guests while they are in the building.

Pets are welcome in most shared spaces, but they must be kept under control and on a lead. Pets are not permitted in the shared kitchen, gym or cinema room.
