Are there any rules or restrictions for children in the building or shared areas?

Children are welcome in Morro buildings and shared spaces, with a few simple expectations to keep everyone safe and comfortable.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in communal areas. This includes lounges, co-working spaces, corridors, kitchens, terraces, laundry rooms and bookable spaces. Parents and guardians are responsible for children’s safety and behaviour while they are in the building.

Some facilities may have age restrictions or extra safety guidance. The gym, for example, may not be suitable for children because of the equipment and risk of injury. Check the Morro App or ask the Front of House team before using any space where you are unsure.

All residents, including children, are expected to be considerate of neighbours. Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours, and help keep shared spaces clean, calm and ready for others to enjoy.

If you are planning to use a bookable space with children, check the room rules in the Morro App before confirming. The Front of House team can help if anything is unclear.
