# Can I apply for more than one home at the same time?
We recommend applying for one Morro home at a time.
Each application begins with a **£300 holding deposit**, which reserves a specific home while your application is processed. Because the holding deposit is linked to that particular property, it is best to choose the home you would most like before starting the application.
If you are deciding between a few options, speak to the Morro team before you apply. They can talk you through the differences between homes, including layout, size, floor level, aspect, shared spaces and move-in availability. A little guidance at this stage can make the choice feel much clearer.
If your first-choice home is no longer available when you are ready to apply, the team can help you find suitable alternatives. They may be able to suggest a similar layout, another home in the same building or an option in a different Morro location.
