Yes, you can apply for a Morro home with someone else.

Joint applications are accepted, and both applicants will be named on the tenancy agreement. This means you will each be responsible for the full obligations under the tenancy on a joint and several basis. In simple terms, both of you are responsible for making sure the rent is paid and the tenancy terms are followed.

Each applicant will need to complete the referencing process through Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. You will both be asked to provide your own documents and information, such as identification, proof of income and any other details requested during referencing.

When you apply, make sure the details for both applicants are accurate and up to date. This helps avoid delays and keeps the process moving smoothly.
