Can I bring guests into shared spaces?

Yes. Guests are welcome in Morro’s shared spaces when they are with you.

As the resident, you are responsible for your guests while they are in the building. Please make sure they follow the same house rules as residents, including being considerate of noise, looking after shared spaces and respecting other people’s homes.

Guests should not use amenities independently or be left unaccompanied in communal areas. This helps keep the building secure and makes sure shared spaces remain comfortable for everyone.

If you are bringing guests into a bookable space, such as a cinema room, private event space or meeting room, check the booking details in the Morro App before you arrive. Some spaces may have guidance on guest numbers, access times, food and drink or how the room should be left afterwards.

Please do not share your fob, access code or app access with guests. They should enter through the correct visitor access process or meet you at Reception.

If you are unsure whether a space is suitable for guests, ask the Front of House team before making plans.
