Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes. You can cancel or change a shared space booking through the Morro App.
Open the app, go to your bookings and select the reservation you would like to update. From there, you should be able to cancel the booking or choose a different available time, depending on the space and current availability.
Please cancel as soon as you know you no longer need the space. Shared spaces are there for everyone, and releasing your booking gives another resident the chance to use it.
If you need to change the time, check the app for other available slots. Bookable spaces are usually offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so your preferred alternative may not always be available.
Repeated no-shows or very late cancellations may lead to booking privileges being reviewed, as it can make popular spaces harder for other residents to use.
If you cannot cancel or amend the booking in the app, speak to the Front of House team. They can help you check the booking and advise on the next step.
