Can I change any fixtures or fittings?

Please do not change fixtures or fittings in your home without Morro’s prior written consent.

This includes replacing or altering built-in items such as light fittings, taps, showerheads, kitchen units, worktops, appliances, flooring, tiles, blinds, curtains or any other fitted part of the apartment. These elements form part of the home and need to stay safe, consistent and properly maintained.

If there is something you would like to change, contact the Morro team first with the details. Explain what you would like to do, why you would like to do it and whether the change would involve drilling, wiring, plumbing or removing any existing fitting.

The team will review your request and let you know what may be possible. Some changes may not be approved, while others may be subject to conditions, such as using an approved contractor or returning the home to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

If a fixture or fitting is damaged or not working properly, report it through the Morro App instead of trying to repair or replace it yourself.
