Can I change my payment date?

Your rent due date is fixed as the same day of the month as your tenancy start date.

This date is set out in your tenancy agreement and cannot usually be changed independently. It also marks the start of each rental period, so it matters for both payments and notice calculations.

For example, if your tenancy starts on the 14th, your rent will be due on the 14th of each month. Once your direct debit is set up, payment will be collected automatically on that date.

If this date is difficult for you because of a specific circumstance, contact the Morro team as early as possible. While the payment date cannot normally be moved, the team can talk through your situation and explain what may be possible.
