Can I decorate my home?

Yes, you can add personal touches to your home, as long as they do not damage the apartment or make permanent changes.

Small, removable details are usually fine, such as artwork, photos, plants, rugs, cushions and other pieces that make the space feel like yours. If you would like to hang items on walls, use suitable removable fixings that are designed not to leave marks, holes or residue.

Please do not paint walls, replace flooring, change fitted items or make structural alterations without Morro’s prior written consent. This includes changing fixtures, drilling into walls or making any permanent changes to the fabric of the home.

Any damage caused by decorating, including marks, holes, adhesive residue or unauthorised changes, may be assessed at the end of your tenancy and handled through the deposit process.
