Can I get additional keys or fobs?
Yes, you can request an additional key or fob for an approved purpose.
Speak to the Front of House team and let them know who needs access and why. This might be for a regular carer, an approved pet sitter, a co-occupant or another trusted person who genuinely needs access to your home or the building.
Requests are reviewed by the team and are subject to approval. In some cases, an additional fob may be subject to a charge, and the team will confirm this before anything is issued.
For everyone’s safety, please do not share your own fob with anyone who has not been approved. Your fob is linked to your access permissions and should only be used by you.
If an additional fob is approved, make sure the person using it understands the building’s access and security rules, including not letting unknown people follow them in and not propping doors open.
If an extra fob is lost, no longer needed or in the wrong hands, tell Front of House straight away so it can be deactivated.
