Can I give permission for contractors to enter if I’m not home?
Yes. You can give permission for maintenance staff or approved contractors to enter your home if you are not there.
You can grant access through the Morro App when you log or update the repair, or by contacting the Front of House team. Let the team know which repair the access relates to and whether there are any helpful details, such as where the issue is, how to find it or anything they should be aware of before entering.
For non-emergency repairs, you will usually receive advance notice before anyone attends your apartment. Giving permission in advance can help the repair happen sooner, especially if your availability is limited.
Only authorised team members or approved contractors will be given access, and only for the purpose of the reported repair or agreed visit. Once the repair has been completed, you’ll receive an update through the app or from the team.
If you would rather be present, that is fine too. Share your availability when you report the issue so the visit can be arranged around you where possible.
