# Can I provide feedback anonymously?
Yes, you can provide feedback anonymously through [bymorro.com](https://www.bymorro.com).
Anonymous feedback is still read and taken seriously. It can be a helpful way to share a suggestion, flag something general or tell the team about something that could work better without attaching your name to it.
Please keep in mind that if your feedback relates to a specific issue in your home, your building or your tenancy, it may be harder for the team to investigate or respond without knowing who to contact. In those cases, it is usually more helpful to include your name, apartment number and contact details, so the right person can follow up.
### When anonymous feedback works well
- **General suggestions** about shared spaces, services or resident experience.
- **Positive feedback** about something the team is doing well.
- **Constructive ideas** that do not need a personal response.
