# Can I reschedule or cancel a viewing?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a viewing if your plans change.
Your confirmation email should include instructions for changing or cancelling your appointment. Follow the link or guidance in that email, and update the booking as soon as you can.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, or you would rather speak to someone, contact the Morro team through [bymorro.com](https://bymorro.com). Let them know your name, the building or home you were due to view and the time of your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, the team will help you find another available slot. If you need to cancel completely, letting the team know early means they can offer the time to someone else.
There is no need to over-explain. Plans move, diaries shift. A quick update is all the team needs to keep everything running smoothly.
