Do children count towards occupancy limits?

Yes. Occupancy limits are based on the number of people who will live in the home, including children.

Each Morro home has an occupancy limit, which helps make sure the apartment is suitable, comfortable and properly managed for the household living there. The limit for your chosen home type will be set out in the tenancy agreement.

When you apply, please include details of everyone who will be living in the home, including children. Children are not named on the tenancy agreement in the same way as adult applicants, but their details are recorded as part of the application.

If you are unsure whether a particular home can accommodate your household, contact the Morro team before paying the holding deposit. They can check the home type, layout and occupancy limit with you, and help you understand whether it is the right fit.

You can explore available homes on bymorro.com, or speak to the team through the website for guidance.
