Do children need to be supervised in shared areas?

Yes. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in Morro’s shared areas.

Shared spaces are used by residents, guests and the onsite team throughout the day, so supervision helps keep everyone safe and comfortable. This includes lounges, co-working areas, corridors, kitchens, terraces, laundry rooms, bookable spaces and any other communal areas.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children’s safety and behaviour while they are in the building. Please make sure children stay close, use spaces carefully and are considerate of other residents, especially in quieter areas where people may be working, reading or relaxing.

Some amenities may have extra safety rules or age restrictions. The gym, for example, may not be suitable for children because of the equipment and risk of injury. Check the Morro App or ask the Front of House team before using any space where you are unsure.

Children should not be left unattended in shared spaces, even briefly. If you need guidance on which areas are suitable for children, the Front of House team will be happy to help.
