Do I need to be home for a repair visit?

You do not always need to be home for a repair visit.

If the repair is in a communal area or does not require access to your apartment, there is nothing you need to do. The team will manage access and keep residents updated where needed.

For repairs inside your home, you can choose to be present or give permission for the maintenance team or an approved contractor to enter while you are out. You can do this through the Morro App when you log the repair, or by speaking to the Front of House team.

If access is needed, it helps to share your availability when you report the issue. This makes it easier for the team to arrange a suitable visit and avoid delays.

For non-emergency repairs, you will usually receive advance notice before someone attends your apartment. In an emergency, access may be needed more quickly to prevent damage, protect safety or resolve an urgent issue.

Once the repair is complete, you’ll receive an update through the app or from the team.
