Yes. Please book a move-out appointment with the team before your tenancy end date.

This is usually arranged as a pre-checkout inspection. It gives you the chance to walk through your home with a member of the team before you leave, understand what needs attention and ask any questions about the final checkout and deposit return process.

The appointment is useful because it can help you spot things that may be easier to resolve before move-out day, such as cleaning, furniture placement, missing items or small maintenance issues. Your move-in inventory will be used as the reference point when the final condition of your home is assessed, allowing for fair wear and tear.

• Ask to book your pre-checkout inspection.
• Choose a time before your tenancy end date.
• Use the appointment to check what needs doing before you return your keys.

You will still need to complete your final move-out steps, including removing your belongings, cleaning the home and returning all keys, fobs and access devices to Reception.
