Do response times vary by repair type?

Yes. Repair response times vary depending on how urgent the issue is.

Morro uses three broad repair types:

  • Emergency repairs: attended to within 4 hours, 24/7. These are issues that need urgent attention, such as flooding, total power failure, a gas leak, loss of heating or hot water, or anything affecting safety or security.
  • Essential repairs: addressed within 2 working days. These are not emergencies, but they may affect your comfort or how easily you can use your home.
  • General maintenance: addressed within 5 working days. This covers smaller, routine or non-urgent repairs.

If specialist materials, parts or external contractors are needed, the repair may take a little longer. If that happens, the team will let you know the expected timeline within two working days of the repair being logged.
