How can I provide feedback?
Feedback is always welcome. It helps Morro understand what is working well, what could feel easier and where the resident experience can be improved.
You do not need to follow a formal process to share feedback. It can be a quick comment, a suggestion, a note about something you appreciated or a constructive idea about how something could work better.
Ways to share feedback
- Speak to the Front of House team at Reception.
- Use the Morro App to send a message or raise a relevant request.
- Contact the team online through bymorro.com.
If your feedback relates to a specific issue that needs a response, please include your name, apartment number and enough detail for the team to follow up. If it is more general, you can simply share what you think would make life in the building feel better.
Positive feedback is helpful too. If someone has made your day easier, solved something quickly or looked after a detail well, letting the team know means it can be recognised.
If your feedback is actually a complaint or something that needs investigation, the team may guide you through the complaints process so it can be handled properly.
