How can I track the status of my repair?

You can track the status of any repair you’ve logged in the Morro App.

Open the app and go to your maintenance or service requests area. There, you’ll be able to see the repair you submitted, any updates from the team and whether the request is still open, being reviewed, awaiting parts or contractors, or resolved.

You’ll also receive notifications when the status changes, so you do not need to keep chasing for every update. If the team needs more information, access to your apartment or a suitable time to visit, they may contact you through the app or directly.

If a repair has not been updated within the expected timeframe, or you’re unsure what the latest status means, contact the Front of House team. They can check what’s happening and let you know the next step.

For urgent issues, such as flooding, a significant leak, total loss of power, no heating or hot water, or anything affecting safety or security, speak to Front of House directly straight away rather than waiting for an app update.
