How do I add someone to my tenancy?

If you’d like to add someone to your tenancy, please contact the Morro team first. We’ll talk you through what’s possible and what needs to happen next.

Adding a resident is a formal change to your tenancy agreement, so it can’t be arranged informally or treated as a simple household update. Anyone living in your home must be named on the tenancy agreement and approved by Morro.

The person you’d like to add will need to go through the same checks as a new applicant, including referencing and Right to Rent checks. Once everything is approved, we’ll arrange the required tenancy variation so the agreement is updated properly.
