How do I apply for a home?

To apply for a Morro home, start by choosing the home you would like to reserve.

Once you are ready, you will pay a £300 holding deposit online. This reserves the home while your application is reviewed and referencing is completed.

After the holding deposit has been paid, you will be asked to complete a referencing assessment through Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. This is a digital process and helps confirm the information needed before your tenancy can move forward.

You will usually be asked to provide documents such as identification, proof of income and any other information requested as part of referencing. Homeppl will guide you through what is needed, and the Morro team will be on hand if you have questions along the way.

Once referencing has been passed and your tenancy agreement has been signed, the home is yours. The team will then guide you through the next steps before move-in, including payments, documents and anything else you need to feel ready.
