How do I collect my keys or access fob?

You will collect your key card or access fob from the Front of House team at Reception on your move-in day.

When you arrive, the team will check a few final details, including your booking reference and identification. Please bring your original passport, as this may be needed for Right to Rent verification before your keys can be issued.

One key card or fob is issued per resident as standard. This gives you access to the building, your apartment and the relevant shared spaces. Some areas, such as the gym, may need to be activated separately once any required forms or waivers have been completed in the Morro App.

If you need an additional access device for an approved third party, such as a family member or pet sitter, speak to the Front of House team. Additional keys or fobs are subject to approval and may not be available in every situation.
