How do I control the heating in my home?
You can control the temperature in your home using the controller near your apartment door.
Your home uses a heat recovery and fan coil unit system, designed to keep the space comfortable throughout the year. The controller lets you adjust the temperature within a range of 17°C to 23°C. Most people find 18°C to 21°C comfortable for everyday living.
To make an adjustment, use the controller to raise or lower the set temperature. It may take a little time for the room to respond, so make small changes and allow the system to settle before adjusting again.
A few simple tips can help the system work well:
- Keep vents clear so air can circulate properly.
- Close windows when heating or cooling is in use.
- Avoid covering the controller or placing heat sources directly beside it.
If the controller is not responding, the temperature does not change or you think the heating system is not working properly, report it through the Morro App. If you have no heating at all, contact the Front of House team directly.
