How do I report a repair?
If something in your home needs fixing, report it through the Morro App. This is the best place to log non-urgent repairs and keeps everything in one clear trail.
When you raise the request, include:
- What has happened, with as much detail as you can
- Where the issue is, such as the bathroom, kitchen or a specific appliance
- When you first noticed it
- Photos or a short video, if they help show the problem
- Your availability, if the team may need access to your apartment
You’ll receive updates as the repair progresses, and a notification when the issue has been resolved. If specialist parts, materials or contractors are needed, the team will let you know.
For urgent issues, such as flooding, a significant leak, total loss of power, no heating or hot water, or anything that affects safety or security, contact the Front of House team directly rather than relying on the app alone.
