How do I sign my tenancy agreement?
Your tenancy agreement is signed digitally.
Once your application has been approved and your agreement is ready, the Morro team will send it to you by email. You can review it online and sign it electronically, so there is no need to print anything or visit the building to sign in person.
If you are applying with another adult, each person named on the tenancy agreement will need to sign. Make sure everyone checks their email and completes their part promptly, as the tenancy cannot move forward until all required signatures are in place.
Before signing, read the agreement carefully. It includes important details such as your rent, deposit, payment dates, tenancy terms and responsibilities. If anything is unclear, contact the Morro team before you sign.
Once all parties have signed, a copy of the agreement will be stored in the Morro App for your reference, so you can find it whenever you need it.
