How do virtual viewings work?

A virtual viewing is a live video walkthrough with a member of the Morro team.

Once your viewing is arranged, the team will confirm the time and the platform to use. This could be FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom or another similar video call option that works for you.

During the call, the team will take you through the home so you can see the layout, furniture, storage, natural light and key details. You can ask questions as you go, just as you would during an in-person viewing.

If useful, the team can also show you the building’s shared spaces, such as lounges, co-working areas, outdoor spaces, gym or other amenities, depending on the building and what you would like to see.

To get the most from the viewing, think about what matters to you before the call. This might be desk space, storage, noise, pets, accessibility, transport links or how the building works day to day.
