How long do I have to report inventory issues?
You have 7 days from receiving your digital inventory report to review it, add comments and sign it off.
The report is sent through Inventory Hive and records the condition and contents of your home at the start of your tenancy. Take time to check each room, item and note carefully, and add photos wherever they help show the condition clearly.
If something is missing, damaged or not accurately described, add a comment to the report before you submit it. This might include marks on walls, damaged furniture, appliance issues, missing items or anything that does not match what you see in the home.
After the 7-day review window, the inventory may be automatically accepted as an accurate record. This record is important because it forms the baseline for any deposit assessment when you move out.
