# How long does a viewing usually take?
In-person viewings usually take around 45 minutes.
This gives you time to see the apartment, walk through the shared spaces and ask any questions without feeling rushed. Depending on the building, the viewing may include areas such as lounges, co-working spaces, the gym, cinema room, shared kitchen, outdoor terrace or garden.
If you are viewing more than one home, or you would like to spend extra time comparing layouts, let the team know when you book. They can plan the appointment so there is enough time to look properly and talk through the differences.
