How will I be informed about planned maintenance?

Morro will let you know in advance if planned maintenance may affect your home, access, shared spaces or building services.

Updates are usually sent through the Morro App, and may also be shared by email or displayed as notices in the building. The message will explain what work is happening, when it is expected to take place and whether you need to do anything.

Planned maintenance might include servicing, inspections, fire safety checks, lift works, heating or ventilation maintenance, or other scheduled building improvements. Most of the time, no action is needed from you, especially if the work is in communal areas.

If access to your apartment is required, the team will give you advance notice and explain how this will be arranged. You may be asked to confirm a suitable time or give permission for authorised staff or approved contractors to enter.

Fire alarm testing follows a regular schedule shared when you move in. If you are ever unsure whether an alarm is a test or a real emergency, follow the building safety guidance and contact Front of House when safe to do so.
