How will I be notified about a repair visit?
For non-emergency repairs inside your home, you will usually receive at least 24 hours’ written notice before a repair visit.
Notice may be sent through the Morro App or by email, so keep an eye on both after logging a repair. The update should explain when the team or contractor plans to attend and whether access to your apartment is needed.
If the proposed time does not work for you, contact the Front of House team as soon as possible. You may be able to arrange a different time or give permission for authorised maintenance staff or approved contractors to enter while you are out.
For emergency repairs, access may be needed without the usual notice. This can happen where there is a risk to safety, security, your home or the wider building, such as flooding, a significant leak or an urgent electrical issue.
Once a repair in your home has been completed, you’ll receive a notification or update. If anything still does not look right, let the team know through the app or speak to Front of House.
