How will I know if my application is successful?

The Morro team will contact you directly once referencing is complete to confirm the outcome of your application.

Referencing is carried out by Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider. While your application is being reviewed, Homeppl may contact you for documents or clarification, and Morro will keep you updated as things move forward.

If your application is successful, you will receive your tenancy agreement to review and sign digitally. Take time to read it carefully, and contact the team if you have any questions before signing.

Once the agreement has been signed and your pre-move-in payments are confirmed, the team will guide you through the final steps before move-in. This may include key collection, access details, app setup and any building information you need before you arrive.

To help avoid missed updates, make sure your contact details are correct and check your email regularly, including your spam or junk folder.
