Is there an additional cost for having a pet?

There is no standard additional rent charge for keeping a pet at Morro.

You will still be responsible for your pet and for any damage, extra cleaning or other costs caused by them during your tenancy. If damage goes beyond fair wear and tear, the cost may be deducted from your deposit at the end of your tenancy.

As part of the approval process, Morro may ask you to have appropriate pet insurance. If this applies, the team will confirm the details when your request is assessed.

Before bringing a pet into your home, please review the Morro Pet Policy at bymorro.com/terms/pet-policy and complete the Pet Request Form in the Morro App. This should be done before your pet moves in, even if you are already a resident.
