Is there CCTV in the building?
Yes. CCTV is in place in communal areas, building entrances and external areas for security purposes.
CCTV helps support the safety and security of residents, visitors, the onsite team and the building itself. It may be used to help review incidents, investigate concerns or understand what happened if something is reported.
CCTV does not cover private apartments. Footage is handled in line with data protection requirements and is only accessed where there is a valid reason to do so.
If you need to report a security incident, speak to the Front of House team as soon as possible. Share where and when the incident happened, who was involved if you know, and any other details that may help the team review the situation. The sooner you report it, the easier it is for relevant footage to be identified.
If there is an immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s, call 999 first. Once it is safe, let Front of House know so they can support with the building side of things.
