What are the house rules?

The house rules are there to help everyone feel at home, with clear expectations for how residents use their apartment, shared spaces and the wider building.

They cover everyday things such as being considerate to neighbours, keeping noise to a reasonable level, looking after your home, using shared spaces properly and making sure guests follow the same standards while they are visiting.

The rules also include important building policies, including:

• Fire safety, including keeping exits clear and following alarm guidance
• Smoking and vaping, which are not permitted inside the building
• Pets, including approval, supervision and where pets can go
• Waste and recycling, including using the correct bin areas
• Visitors, including access, behaviour and your responsibility for guests

We recommend reading them before you move in, as they form part of your responsibilities under the tenancy agreement. If anything is unclear, ask the Front of House team. They will be happy to help.
