What are the rules for keeping pets?

Pets must be approved before they are brought into a Morro home.

Start by reviewing the Pet Policy at bymorro.com/terms/pet-policy, then complete the Pet Request Form in the Morro App. Once your request has been approved, your pet must be registered with the building team, including up-to-date emergency contact details.

In shared indoor spaces, pets must be kept under control and on a lead. Please be mindful of neighbours, guests and anyone who may not be comfortable around animals.

Pets are not permitted in the shared kitchen, gym or cinema room. Toilet breaks must be taken outside the building, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in all areas of the building and its surroundings.

Your pet should not cause nuisance, damage or disturbance to other residents. If damage, extra cleaning or other costs arise because of your pet, you will be responsible for them.

If you are unsure whether a space is pet-friendly, check the Morro App or ask the Front of House team before taking your pet there.
