What details can I update?
You can update the details Morro holds for you during your tenancy. Keeping these details current means we can reach you when we need to and make sure important information goes to the right place.
Details you can update
- Your name, if it has legally changed.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number.
- Your emergency contact details.
- Your home or correspondence address, where relevant.
- Your bank details, if you pay by direct debit.
If your bank details change, please contact the team before your next rent due date. This gives us time to update your direct debit and avoid payment issues.
For some changes, we may need supporting information before updating your record. For example, a name change may need evidence so your tenancy documents stay accurate.
To make a change, contact the Front of House team at reception, use the Morro App or get in touch through bymorro.com. We’ll confirm what’s needed and update your details once everything is checked.
