What do I need to bring to collect my keys?

Please bring your original passport and your booking reference when you come to collect your keys.

The Front of House team will use these to confirm your identity and match you to the right home. Your passport may also be needed for Right to Rent verification, so please bring the original document rather than a copy or photo.

Before your keys or access fob can be issued, the team will also check that your pre-move-in payments have been received. This includes your damage deposit and first month’s rent, with your holding deposit credited against the first rent payment.

It is a good idea to keep your move-in confirmation close too, as it may include your arrival time, building instructions and contact details in case anything changes on the day.
