What do I need to do before moving out?

Before your last day, there are a few simple things to do so your move-out feels organised and your deposit return can be handled smoothly.

Please leave your home in the same condition as when you moved in, allowing for fair wear and tear. Your move-in inventory will be used as the reference point, so it is worth checking this before you start packing.

Move-out checklist

• Clean your home thoroughly, including the kitchen, bathroom, appliances, floors and surfaces.
• Remove all personal belongings, including items in cupboards, storage areas and shared spaces.
• Put Morro furniture back in its original position where possible.
• Arrange a pre-checkout inspection with the team before your end date.
• Return all keys, fobs and access devices to Reception.
• Provide a forwarding address so the team can contact you after you leave.
• Arrange mail redirection if you still receive post at your Morro address.

The team will provide a full checkout checklist and guide you through the next steps. If you are unsure about cleaning, damage, furniture or timings, ask before move-out day so there is time to get things sorted.
