What fixtures and fittings are included in my home?

Your home includes all standard fixtures and fittings, so the main fitted elements are ready when you move in.

This usually includes:

• Kitchen units and worktops
• Integrated appliances, such as the hob, oven or microwave with oven function, fridge/freezer and dishwasher
• Bathroom fittings, including the shower or bath, WC and washbasin
• Flooring, tiling and fitted finishes
• Light fittings
• Curtains or blinds, where provided
• Other built-in elements that form part of the apartment

A full record of what is included in your specific home is set out in your inventory at the start of your tenancy. Please review this carefully when it arrives, and add any comments or photos through Inventory Hive within the review period if something looks missing, damaged or different from the report.
