What happens after I sign my agreement?
Once your tenancy agreement has been signed and your pre-move-in payments are confirmed, the Morro team will be in touch to arrange your move-in.
You will receive the practical details you need before your start date, including arrival information, access guidance and anything still outstanding. This helps make sure you know where to go, what to bring and what to expect when you arrive.
Before move-in, make sure your deposit, first month’s rent and any other required payments have been completed. The holding deposit you paid when applying will be credited against your first month’s rent.
You may also be asked to set up your direct debit and download the Morro App, where key documents and building information will be available.
