What happens after I submit an application?
Once your application has been submitted and the £300 holding deposit has been paid, the referencing process will begin.
Homeppl, Morro’s third-party referencing provider, will contact you directly and guide you through what is needed. This usually includes identification, proof of income and any other documents required to assess your application.
The process is completed digitally, so you can upload documents and provide information online. If you are applying with someone else, each adult applicant will need to complete their own referencing assessment.
Morro will keep you updated while your application is being processed. If anything is missing or needs clarification, you may be asked to provide additional information, so it is worth responding as soon as you can to avoid delays.
Once referencing is complete and satisfactory, Morro will prepare your tenancy agreement for signing. After the agreement is signed and the required move-in payments are complete, the team will guide you through the final steps before you collect your keys.
