What happens after I submit an enquiry?
After you submit an enquiry, a member of the Morro team will review the details and get in touch.
They will usually ask a little more about what you are looking for, answer any questions and confirm whether the home you asked about is still available. If you would like to see it, they can help arrange a viewing at a time that works for you.
If the home is no longer available, the team will let you know and can suggest suitable alternatives. These may be in the same building, a similar layout or another Morro location that fits your move-in plans.
To help the conversation move smoothly, it is useful to have a few details ready:
- Your preferred move-in date
- The home type you are looking for
- Any must-haves, such as pets, accessibility needs, parking, storage or a particular layout
- Whether you would like to book a viewing
When you are ready, the team can guide you through the next steps clearly, from viewing to application.
