What happens during a viewing?

During a viewing, a member of the Morro team will meet you at the building and show you around.

You will usually see a range of show apartments, so you can understand the different home types, layouts and finishes available. The team will talk you through the space, what is included and how the home could work for everyday living.

You will also have the chance to explore the shared areas in the building. Depending on the location, this may include spaces such as the gym, co-working areas, lounge, cinema room, shared kitchen, outdoor terrace or garden.

The viewing is also your time to ask questions. You might want to ask about availability, move-in dates, pets, parking, storage, accessibility, what is included in the rent or how the application process works.

There is no need to rush. The aim is for you to leave with a clear sense of the home, the building and whether Morro feels right for your next chapter.
