What happens if I’m running late to a viewing?

If you are running late to a viewing, let the Morro team know as soon as you can.

Use the contact details in your booking confirmation, or get in touch through bymorro.com. Share your name, the building or home you are due to view and your expected arrival time.

The team will do their best to keep your slot available. If you are only a few minutes late, they may still be able to show you around as planned.

If you are significantly delayed, the viewing may need to be rescheduled. This is to make sure you have enough time to see the home properly, ask questions and get a clear feel for the building, without feeling rushed.

If your plans change on the day, a quick message makes all the difference. The team can then guide you to the best next step, whether that is holding the appointment briefly or finding another time that works.
