What is included in a furnished home?

Every Morro home is furnished with the essentials, ready for you to make it your own.

The exact furniture may vary by building, apartment type and layout, as each home is arranged to make the best use of the space. Typically, a furnished home includes:

• A bed and mattress
• A sofa or seating area, depending on the layout
• Storage, such as wardrobes or built-in storage solutions
• A fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave
• A fitted bathroom with all main fixtures in place

Personal items are not usually included. You will need to bring things such as bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery, pans and other kitchen essentials.

When you enquire about a specific home, the Morro team can confirm what is included in that apartment. You will also receive a full inventory at the start of your tenancy, so everything is clear from the day you move in.
