What should I bring to a viewing?
You do not need to bring anything specific to a Morro viewing.
The viewing is there to help you get a feel for the home, the building and the way daily life could work there. A member of the team can show you around, answer questions and talk you through the next steps if you are interested.
It can be useful to come with a few questions in mind, such as:
- What is included in the rent and in the furnished home
- How the layout works for living, working and storage
- Which shared spaces are available in the building
- Whether pets, parking or storage are possible
- What the application process looks like if you decide to go ahead
If you think you may want to apply straight after the viewing, having your identification and basic personal details to hand can help make the next steps smoother. This is helpful, but not required at the viewing stage.
